While Incorporation of the company, we have to choose Class of the company

in S No 1(a) of Spice+ Form. Here we have provided available classes of the company which can help you to apply company registration:

3 Private  (OPC) Shall be Pre-filled as One Person Company Pre-filled as Company limited by Shares  Pre-filled as Non-Govt. Company
4 IFSC Company May select either Private or Public Pre-filled as Company limited by Shares  Select any sub-category other than ‘Guarantee and Association company’.
5 Section 8 Company May select either Private or Public Select either Company
limited by shares or
Company limited by
guarantee		 Select any sub-category. However, Guarantee and association company option can be selected only if 'Company limited by guarantee' selected in field 1(c).
6 Nidhi Company Shall be pre-filled as Public Select either Company
limited by shares or
Company limited by
guarantee		 Select any sub-category. However, Guarantee and association company option can be selected only if 'Company limited by guarantee' selected in field 1(c).
7 New Company (Others) May select either Private or Public Select either Company
limited by shares or
Company limited by
guarantee		 Select any sub-category.However, Guarantee and association company option can be selected only if 'Company limited by guarantee' selected in field 1(c).
8 Part l Section 8 Company May select either Private or Public Pre-filled as Company limited by Guarantee Select any sub-category.
9 Part l LLP to Company May select either Private or Public Pre-filled as Company limited by Shares  Select any sub-category other than ‘Guarantee and Association company’.
10 Part l Firm to Company May select either Private or Public Select any category Select any sub-category. However, Guarantee and association company option can be selected only if 'Company limited by guarantee' selected in field 1(c).
